Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will generally be initiated within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, no cancellation fee will be charged by us. Any refund will be handled through the applicable payment process.
